BIO: Rich Pildis has relied on his judgement throughout his HR career to help companies solve problems and achieve new levels of growth and success. The values of trust, integrity and fairness have guided his approach to solving human resource challenges, resolving workplace disputes and turning problem employees into stars.
Rich has been a human resources leader for over 30 years. While his leadership has spanned from small start-ups to large corporations with over 1500 employees his focus now is on CT small businesses with up to 50 employees. In addition to these world-class organizations, Rich continues to consult for a number of employers that represent industries as diverse as physicians’ groups and physical therapy practices, tech and biotech startups, manufacturing, engineering, construction, professional, service, and actuarial industries.
When Rich is not solving human resource issues CT small businesses, he pursues an active lifestyle running road races and playing competitive tennis. He loves watching the UConn Women’s Basketball team. Most importantly he cherishes every minute his is able to spend with his wife, children and grandchildren.
